We are currently the only producer of Mencia (Spanish) in Orange and one of a small handful in NSW .
With a little more knowledge of this variety we have produced a blend of Mencia and Pinot Noir. The intention was to combine the best aspects of each and deliver a new style of wine. They each carry cherry and berry flavours with the added element of brown spices from the Mencia. It's the most intriguing wine, bigger than our Pinot with all the best features of Mencia. Elegant, fragrant full of character with amazing length and grippy tannins. A delight now and will age beautifully, softening and becoming silky smooth. As with all our wines this was made with on additions or finings and is Vegan friendly.
