Best Additional Experience Word of Mouth was thrilled to be recognised amongst Australia's star wineries in Gourmet Traveller Wine "2018 Australia’s Best Cellar Door Awards - Best Additional Experience (on-site pottery)

The Word of Mouth cellar door is attached to a working pottery studio, we are currently selling pots made by Peter, Andrew Halford ( Tasmania ), and Jude Keogh ( Orange )

Having chosen Word of Mouth as a name for our wines we were lucky to come across a painting by local artist Victor Gordon that suited our idea. There is a synergy between our name and the artwork, we always saw Word of Mouth as like the empty balloon in a cartoon you fill in the space, tell your Word of Mouth story. The painting's title Freudian Slips intimates the unintentional sharing of a secret; The original and seductive artwork parallels the hand crafted production processes of our Word of Mouth wines.
