This wine has a funky / gamy character that leads to a compote of red fruits with a dusting of spice. The palate is fleshy and full of raspberries and strawberries, with an enduring finish of fine tannin and natural acidity. We continue to do a partial Carbonic maceration with this wine which lifts the aromas and gives fleshy fruit characters. Unfiltered, no additions or finings, a Natural wine that is Vegan friendly.
