Our first vintage of this Austrian variety, Initially tank-fermented then rested in old oak for 12 months. The nose is intriguing rather than aromatic, it draws you in. On the palate it explodes with flavours that are hard to pin down, there are pome fruits and citrus dusted with brown spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is quite textural and it's high natural acidity extends the experience, most unusual. As with all our wines this was made with on additions or finings and is Vegan friendly.
