Fluffy was our beloved Moodle who recently passed away at the age of 17 – and her effervescent personality is a lot like the bubbles in this bottle. This vintage is 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir ( CUVEE ) it is crisp and clean with a lovely citrus infused palate.
Made using the Méthode Traditionnelle process with 7 years on lees.
