Originating in the foothills of the Pyrenees in the southwest of France, this late ripening variety has fruit flavours ranging through a tropical spectrum, custard apple, pineapple, guava, lychees to quince with a slight gingery spiciness. Carefully hand picked and whole bunched pressed with a long cool ferment. Lightly filtered and bottled with no additions or fining. A natural approach. Suitable for Veagns.
